To quote Wikipedia: "RMS Queen Mary is a retired ocean liner that sailed the North Atlantic Ocean from 1936 to 1967... and is permanently berthed in Long Beach, California serving as a museum ship and hotel." There does not seem to be any news about the QM. There are articles, but nothing since August 8.
Perhaps the search is really looking for RMS Queen Mary 2, which is celebrating its fifth anniversary this year, but other than that I can not find any news on the QM2 either.
My Take: is someone gaming Google? Or is this just a mistake in Google Trends? After all, there are no related searches listed, and no listing of geographic interest. Hmmm...
